Couple Identified in Fatal Crash in Bakersfield

Bakersfield, CA – The Kern County Sheriff’s Office has identified 2 people killed in the crash from Thursday evening in south Bakersfield, June 4th. According to a preliminary investigation by the California Highway Patrol, 23 year old Edgar Antonio Martinez and 24 year-old Liliana Lisset were traveling northbound on South Union Avenue just north of the intersection with Ming Avenue when Martinez, veered off the roadway.

LAPD Seeks Help from Public for Pedestrian Hit-and-Run

Los Angeles, CA – The Los Angeles Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding the suspected driver of a hit-and-run incident that left a pedestrian severely injured in downtown Los Angeles Wednesday evening February 19th. According to investigators, the victim, described as a woman in her 50s, was walking near 14th Street and Olive Street. A motorist had driven onto the sidewalk and struck the pedestrian sometime after 7:30 P.M. Paramedics were the first to respond and arrived to find the woman in severe condition.

North Hollywood, CA – The Los Angeles Police Department is reporting 3 people hospitalized, 2 of which are listed in critical condition, following a collision with the driver of a stolen vehicle in North Hollywood, Tuesday afternoon, February 11th. The incident occurred at about 12:50 P.M. LAPD officers say that they spotted a vehicle that matched the description of a stolen vehicle, a black coupe, that was reported to the LAPD earlier in the day.

LAPD Urge Public’s Help in Finding Hit and Run Suspect

Westlake, CA – The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding the driver of a fatal hit-and-run collision that killed a 92-year old man in Los Angeles’ Westlake district, home of the famous MacArthur Park, Early Friday morning. According to authorities, the incident took place sometime after 7:50 A.M. in the 800 block of Burlington Avenue, between 8th Street and James M. Woods Boulevard. An unidentified vehicle had backed into an elderly man.
